By installing, accessing, or using Agent Logger ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Extension. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Agent Logger is a browser extension that connects AI coding assistants with browser context. The Extension enables:

• Element selection and inspection
• Screenshot capture (viewport, full-page, region, element)
• Console error monitoring and streaming
• Browser automation via MCP tools
• Accessibility auditing
• Video recording of browser sessions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Agent Logger for your personal and commercial software development purposes.

You may use Agent Logger for:

• Personal software development
• Commercial software development
• Integration with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Aider, etc.)
• Automation of browser interactions for testing purposes
• Accessibility auditing and compliance testing
• Bug reproduction and documentation

You may NOT use Agent Logger for:

• Malicious automation or scraping that violates website terms of service
• Capturing credentials, passwords, or sensitive data for harmful purposes
• Circumventing website security measures
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Harassment, stalking, or monitoring of individuals without consent
• Automated data collection that violates GDPR or other privacy laws

Agent Logger integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

• Chrome/Chromium browser: Subject to Google Chrome Terms of Service
• AI assistants (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Aider, Codex): Subject to their respective terms
• Websites you interact with: Subject to those websites' terms of service

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Agent Logger complies with the terms of service of any third-party services you interact with.

We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Extension at your own risk.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AGENT LOGGER OR THE CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Extension
• Damages arising from third-party services or websites

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agent Logger and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

You may stop using Agent Logger at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension or any part of it at any time without notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
